BIOGRAPHY
Born in Toronto and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Louis Helbig is an Ottawa based artist specializing in aerial photography. Working full time as a professional artist, Helbig's award winning photographs have been exhibited and published worldwide. Helbig is a commercial pilot and a self-taught photographer; his background includes World Cup cross-country ski racing, an MSc from the London School of Economics and earlier careers in economics, politics, social policy and aviation.
